We don't know. We won't know until around the time of Worlds.
It is usually speculated that we will lose 3 or 4 sets each rotation, but with the release of Diamond and Pearl TCG, we really have no idea what'll happen.
You can bet that Deoxys, Emerald, and Unseen Forces will all get the ax. That much is guaranteed. Further than that... no one can say for sure.
