Ruling Wobbuffet (Phantom Forces) vs Celebi-EX

I was just in a game against a Celebi-EX Night March deck, and when I had my Wobbuffet up, my opponents Gougeist still used Night March and KO'd my Wobb. Should it not be able to, since Celebi-EX's effect was being stopped by Wobbuffet?

To give you a definitive answer; please post scans of the cards in question. I am assuming you were playing PTCGO.

With that said; remember that PTCGO has had and still does have glitches where gameplay is not as it should be

Yeah they shouldn't have been able to use it. Bide Barricade shuts down all Abilities except for Psychic Pokemon.
