Ruling Wonder Energy and Dark Corridor

Hey I had a question about Wonder Energy and I didn't wanna hijack MrIronGolem27's thread.

Wonder Energy says it prevents all effects of attacks besides damage. An effect of Gengar EX's Dark Corridor attack is that you switch it with one of your benched Pokemon. Would the Wonder Energy prevent the switching effect of Dark Corridor?

No, because the switching effect is on Gengar EX, not the pokemon Wonder Energy is attached to.
