Hmmm...it's a possiblity, but the most likely foreign country they'll do it in will be Japan. (Not saying that Canada would be bad, because imagine if it was at Niagara Falls! Europe isn't bad, either.)

Umm... not understanding this, because Hawaii is still part of America...

From what I am aware and have been told from friends of the POP guys, POP are planning to have Worlds 2009 in Europe and Worlds 2010 in Australia.

I hope it is in Germany when it goes to Europe =D
