If you were going to the qualifier round for worlds this year, what deck would you use and why?...I would use a Gengar SF(no Gengar X..) and Mewtwo X to dominate SP Pokemon, snipe with Gengar, and Mewtwo for power and to collect discarded energys.

Probably playing Luxape, Speedrill, or Machamp. 
Luxape, is what I'd go with. If I could get the rest of the cards for it, GeChamp.

A tier 1 deck, rouge doesn't do well anymore.

I agree w/Dokromi, all of those decks will get at least one spot in T4 w/ some other contenders being
Plox,GeChamp and one or two rogue decks might also see a T4(Gyrados,Hippodown(might as well be a rogue based on how much I've seen it and then maybe T-Tar)
