Worst card ever?

In the history of the Pokemon TCG, what card can be considered the worst? Which one has the lowest HP other than the fossils?

Imakuni+Xatu=Transfer confusion to your opponent. In this case it's actually good.

The worst I'd say is Chansey ex. It's an ex that half kills itself for 80 damage. How can that be considered good?

Heh, Gyarados* Delta Species is a bit rubbish too. Discarding your whole deck aside from one card? You'd only do that on a very rare occasion indeed.

Rhydon from Jungle. Three Energy for 30 damage is ridiculous. And the retreat cost means unless you have Switch there is no way you're going to get him benched again.

I know it was a while ago, but Clefairy doll?! hell what I'd do for Clefairy doll now, especially since fossils gives prizes now. That Rayquazza isnt the worst^ the fire type one is terrible, but suuuch nice artwork. Bad cards don't bother me too much, unless they're rare! arg! I hate it when you get something like Purugly as the rare in the pack, what a waste.
OK, now totally on-topic the worst card (in play atm and compared to rarity) I think is... Charizard PK. It's hard to say "ever" cos' some of the best things from the early sets, just look awful now.

i actually change to just about any charizard card. sells for $6-15 and loads for 1st ed and ex but i have never seen one that is actually a good card for a deck, unless the original char was good back a while ago

^The Charizard SW is actually not bad in a suicidal deck like...Electrode SW/ Arcanine SW. Needs 4 Memory Berry though.
