I think Base Set 2 was a completely pointless set. There was absolutely NO NEED for that set.... just to squeeze money out of collectors and deprive us further of the Vending Series cards. It's not like those cards were getting outdated....

3. POP123 why not just combine all cards tgthr? AT least 51 card set is better

Base Set 2 and Legendary Collection were both bad. Grr..reprints.
At least Legendary Collection had interesting foil printing that made the cards look like stickers. Though, most people thought they were fakes as the set didn't sell very well so not many stores got that set in and people were familiar with the new foil.

The reason why there was a base set 2 and a legendary collection set was because wizards of the coast was losing money BIG time and if they released some of the same pokemon and mix some of the sets together they would make more money. That is why the 2 sets were made.:
I don't have a worst set because I like all the cards except cards with synchronize because you and your opponent have to have the same amount of energy before you can use the attack but those cards are great for collecting though.

I've only been around since HL, so of course in my eyes Emerald is worst. Although from what I know about BS2, yeah, that's definitely bad...

I originally thought Deyoxys was a horrible set because every time I bought a pack I got a ****ing foil Crawdaunt! Man, of all the good rares and/or EX's in the set, they give me that crap! But eventually I realized there were some very useable cards in the set, so I have to go with Delta Species. I too hate the dual-type Pokemon.
i thought emerald was horrible. i mean the only good cards where cham ex, scott, rare candy, and battle frontier. that's like 4 out of 90-100 cards! please, they've gotta make better cards out of their.
