Ruling Wrong Attack Name

Hello Everyone,

If my opponent has a bad moment and completely butchers the name of an attack, does he/she have a chance to say the right pronunciation and still use the attack? For example, if an attack is called, "Second Strike" and my opponent says "Second Slash" by mistake, can he/she redo it?

Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question. I'm new at this and I want to make sure I fully understand all the rules.

He can and must, since that attack name wouldn't even be able to be called in the first place.
