Are they in Mint Condition? I was thinking around $5 for Wigglytuff and $12 for Venusaur. What do you think?

I have 2 wizards promo $2.00 ea before paypal/shipping, they are as mint as when I earned them from league back then. Cleffa and igglybuff, they are also up for trade.
