Hello everyone, it hasn't been even a week since steam siege officially released and I have seen people already playing this expansion's cards and adapting them into their decks.
Personally, I created a Xerneas BREAK deck in the PTCO and it came out with a very positive win-lose ratio of 20-6 with the most notable loses being 2 to Vileplume turn 1 item lock, 2 to Trevenant turn 1 item lock, and 2 to a bad Shaymin start with no supporters and 6 energies, while the wins came out good against: Night March, Mega Steelix, MegaRay, MegaScept, Darkrai/Tina, Greninja, MegaGardevoir, Xerneas Deck, Yveltal/Zoroark, MegaMewtwo and others.
An obvious conclusion for this deck is that a turn 1 item lock with no draw power in hand is a very difficult matchup, but good news is trevenant is rotated and vileplume will be seeing less play in the upcoming format.
Any one has ideas or thoughts about the future of Xerneas Break?
