Strategy
The point of this deck is to be like a typical fairy deck, but able to tech against every other deck. Latias is for Blastoise and Darkrai. Virizion EX is for Accelegor and Darkrai. Mewtwo/Yveltal EX (still trying to figure out which one is better) is for the mirror, Blastoise, or Yeti. Mime is for Big Basics and Darkrai. Rainbow is for Virizion EX and the 1 DCE is for that "just incase" situation where you need an extra 20 DM to KO opponent for Mewtwo.
When you see what deck your opponent is playing you decide what to play. If you are against Darkrai Garb you put down Latias, Virizion, and Mr. Mime for help.
Trying to decide on what to take out for certain tech cards. I want to make it primarily a fairy/hydreigon-like deck, but I'm not sure what to take out.
Want to put in:
Terrakion (Darkrai)
Yveltal (Blastoise/Mirror/Yeti)
Rotom PLS (Lugia/Yveltal) (One shots if opponent has 3 trainers or more in their hand)
Silver Mirror (Plasma/Yeti/Absol/Genesect)
A Float Stone/Keldeo EX (Reuse attacks for Xerneas EX if necessary)
Some Fire Attacker (Entei EX?) (VirGen)

This deck reminds me of the one I did, and I can't believe how many techs I oversaw in the process of making it.
First of all,
-3 Rainbow Energy
+3 Prism Energy
You don't need Rainbow when Prism does the same thing :p
I'd also take out the Virizion-EX and the Frozen City in favor of Keldeo/Float Stone or Cobalion and Yveltal, but I'm not sure if you want to focus on Max Potion abuse.

Prism actually isn't fairy if attached to Aromatisse, so if I accidentally happen to do that in a tournament I am screwed. But I do see your point. I'm just more concerned about having to misplay and switch 3 prism to Aroma then an extra 3 damage counters.
I had keldeo EX in here, but I don't plan on spamming X-Blast every turn, and if I do I still have escape rope and free retreat from fairy garden.
I do see that I have too many techs against Blastoise, but I don't know which ones to take out for it.
 
Don't worry about misplaying, just avoid dropping Energy on Aromatisse, and you should always have at least 3 Pokémon out :p
As I suggested, get rid of Virizion-EX and/or Frozen City for Cobalion and/or Yveltal. Test it, see how it works, and what you struggle against.

I see how Cobalion will be more useful then frozen city, but you don't think that I should have both mewtwo and Yveltal EX in the deck do you?
 
Well, instead of ridding yourself of Virizion, rid yourself of Mewtwo :p
Although, that does leave you open to status effects.

OK, will replace Mewtwo with Yveltal EX
And also forgot to mention that I don't own any Prism Energy :( ... so until I get 3/4 I'm not switching it out, but I will eventually,
