I bought 3 ungraded XY Charizard cards that seem to be in excellent condition. On the PSA website, I see that there are ~20k PSA 9s and ~500 PSA 10s. There's obviously a huge difference in value between those two grades. I feel like one of the three cards has the serious potential to be a 10, but I can't be sure. Is there something in particular, with regard to this specific card, that I should be looking at or is PSA's grading just a bit arbitrary?
