This one I had lots of fun making up!

Pokemon: 17
  • 3 Eevee (Furious Fists)
  • 2 Flareon
  • 1 Jolteon
  • 1 Vaporeon
  • 2 Golett (Ancient Origins)
  • 2 Golurk (Ancient Trait, Ancient Origins)
  • 1 Yanma
  • 1 Yanmega
  • 1 Drilbur
  • 1 Excadrill (Ancient Trait)
  • 2 Shaymin-EX
Trainers: 30
  • 2 Professor Sycamore
  • 2 Professor Birch's Observations
  • 2 Pokemon Fan Club
  • 4 Blacksmith
  • 1 Lysandre
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 2 Evosoda
  • 2 Switch
  • 3 VS Seeker
  • 1 Sacred Ash
  • 3 Scorched Earth
  • 3 Muscle Band
Energy: 13
  • 3 Rainbow Energy
  • 3 Double Colorless Energy
  • 7 Fire Energy
Strategy:

Basically, once you get Flareon out on the field, it adds the Fire type to all your stage 1 Pokemon. This means an opportunity to take advantage of Blacksmith for energy acceleration! Thus, you can have multiple types to exploit weaknesses against opponents. Golurk's 4 Energy cost can be confiscated from this, so it can strike for many weaknesses. Yanmega can deal up to 240 damage against the Primals, and Excadrill can easily handle Fairies.

Note that I used Shaymin EX and Scortched Earth to draw and Evosoda to evolve, as I'll use Blacksmith quite a lot for this deck for speedy attacks. This deck engine of little Supporter draw is going to be tricky to use, and may need much testing to adjust it and make it consistant enough.
---

Certain things I might do is put in a Fairy attacker to target Dragons, like Azumarill or Wigglytuff. But sadly, both just aren't powerful enough to me to use. Energy usage is also tricky, as I wish to have just enough fire energy to draw with Scortched Earth, but no too much as to use room against trainers.

This will definitely need testing to see how it works... But feedback is welcome!

I think that you should take out Yanmega and Excadrill in favor of a thicker Golurk line because in XY-On there isn't really anything weak to Grass or Metal besides Toad and the Primals, which isn't going to see much play because of Vespiquen, Sceptile, and Vileplume. Fairies are dead without Max Potion, Suicune, and Virizion. Also, you can't use Blacksmith on Golurk, so taking out them for two more Sycamore, one Ace Trainer, and one Shauna helps consistency. Fan Club dosen't really work in this deck since Level Ball can really help so taking them and Evosodas out for 3 Level Balls and 1 Shauna, VS Seeker, or Ace Trainer helps getting out Eeveelutions and Golett. As for the stadium, Dimension Valley works better for Golurk. The energies to me should be 4 DCE, 9 any energy you want. I love this deck, love it love it love it, so I hope this helps. :)

Sadly, you misread the entire strategy...

Again, Flareon's Ability adds fire type to the attackers of this deck. When Golurk has the fire type that means, at least looking at the rules, that Blacksmith can be used on it! ^_^

[Not giving an official ruling, just speculating] Yep, it looks like Blacksmith should work with any Stage 1 while Flareon is in play.

Time to look back at big energy good attack Stage 1 Pokemon in XY-on.

Oh, I'm sorry I forgot about that. Sorry

It's okay - I've misread certain effects of cards myself throughout the game, and this one I wonder if there will need to be an official ruling anyway... Easily forgiven.
