This one I had lots of fun making up!
Pokemon: 17
Basically, once you get Flareon out on the field, it adds the Fire type to all your stage 1 Pokemon. This means an opportunity to take advantage of Blacksmith for energy acceleration! Thus, you can have multiple types to exploit weaknesses against opponents. Golurk's 4 Energy cost can be confiscated from this, so it can strike for many weaknesses. Yanmega can deal up to 240 damage against the Primals, and Excadrill can easily handle Fairies.
Note that I used Shaymin EX and Scortched Earth to draw and Evosoda to evolve, as I'll use Blacksmith quite a lot for this deck for speedy attacks. This deck engine of little Supporter draw is going to be tricky to use, and may need much testing to adjust it and make it consistant enough.
---
Certain things I might do is put in a Fairy attacker to target Dragons, like Azumarill or Wigglytuff. But sadly, both just aren't powerful enough to me to use. Energy usage is also tricky, as I wish to have just enough fire energy to draw with Scortched Earth, but no too much as to use room against trainers.
This will definitely need testing to see how it works... But feedback is welcome!
