Strategy:
Lucario: Obvious sweeper with moderately high risk/high reward. Easy and fast to setup though so he is what i'll try to start a match with. Try to get him setup and started before the opponent has a chance to do whatever.
Machamp: He has bench support with his amazing ability, while on the other hand I like him as a late game sweeper. If I don't wanna risk losing 2 prize cards, but willing to take a few more turns to setup he can come in and deal some damage. Great HP and great resistance from his attack can help him live longer than he should. Plus all he is doing is helping Lucario if he is chilling in the bench.
Hawlucha: Early game use or just a quick and efficient way to tack on and or faint EX Pokemon. Which seems to be REALLY important in this meta. Helpful card to help come in clutch, but definitely not part of the main strategy.
Landorus: Low risk active pokemon that can help come in and tack on damage or clean up after a Lucario/Machamp faint and help get another one started. Find it very useful.
Seisimitoad: Good sub strategy to help slow down the opponents set up for as long as possible while I do what I can to get a Lucario or something set up. He is what the DCE's are for.
Questions/Concerns:
Seisimitoad: Does he belong here? I was thinking of running him or M Kang EX but I feel like I have enough damage and am in need of more support, haven't really found any other support cards that could help currently in the XY-On format. But would love to hear suggestions if possible on what mon's could be used to REPLACE him for the upcoming format.
DCE: With Toad in the deck or with someone else. Do DCE's seem needed in this deck? Not useful for literally any other Pokémon except him.
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: Can't help but feel like it's a mess. Not playing since DF-On/DP-On formats I really am lost when it comes to what the current meta is doing with draw power and so on. Should I work in some teammates? Did I somehow make a perfect set of T/S/S's? Please let me know what I can do to benefit this part of the deck more.
Gengar/Psychic: Do I just need to accept that rough matchup? Or could I upgrade the deck and do something to avoid it?
Thank's in advance for the help everyone. Glad to be back
