Why no Sky Field (or Fairy Garden at least)??

Why no VS Seeker???

IMO, you should opt for either a 2-2 Ninetales or the Slurpuff line, replacing one of the lines altogether. These 2 1-1 lines, IMO, reduces the overall effectiveness of the deck. Further, the 2 1-1 lines have high inherent risk of either not getting setup or remaining in play to provide game-long service. Also, without a Sacred Ash, you can't recover any of these cards should you need to Juniper them away early game. So, in this case, you've completely lost their capability for the entire game?

I'd suggest the following deck changes for your consideration:

-1 Vulpix
-1 Ninetales
-1 Rayquaza Spriit Link. 3 should be sufficient, IMO.
-1 Ultra Ball. 3 should be sufficient, IMO.
-2 Super Scoop Up. Other, more important cards are needed.
-1 Battle Compressor. 2 should be sufficient, IMO.

+1 Swirlix
+1 Slurpuff (Sweet Viel)
+3 Sky Field
+2 VS Seeker

I hope you find these comments helpful.
