Basically, you start with Latios to do quick hits, perhaps donking your opponent because of all the low HP Pokemon coming up in this format, then set up Eeveelutions and Noivern using Winona and such. Once you do, you can deal lots of damage with Noivern and Wide Lens - Targeting all the Low-HP Shaymins, Vespiquens, and Such, and Forcing coin flips against your opponent. Finish off with Meowstic to move damage around if needed.

Somehow, I had this deck in mind on a whim, though I'm afraid it's probably not that competitively viable, as it's heavily prone to Lysandre, Bats, Hammers, and Hex Maniac. Rough Seas also ruins it, and the Eevees can't attack at all, either.
But it was fun to make, anyways...
