Weakness and Resistance are futile
I've been making a lot of decks lately, using the new set ''Ancient Origins'' I thought I share my most interesting deck. I have tested this deck (not with real cards obviously) And it seems to work fine. Here it is:
Pokemon (18):
First of all, I'm not very good at explaining things.
This deck is basically an anti deck. It's not an ''hit with high damage as fast as possible deck'' And it's not an ''Wait till my opponent decked out'' deck either. If my opponent chooses to fight. I will use Whimsicott to send back all damage counters on Groudon EX. At first Wailord EX seemed like the better choice because it is a 250HP basic pokémon. But with Primal Groudon's ability Omega Barrier it is so good. Not being able to use a Lysandre or Escape Rope is what makes this deck work. Also loosing my turn by primal reversion doesn't matter either. Fairy garden is important as well. I need to switch a lot. When my opponent decides not to attack I use Ninjask's ability. Decking out is what this deck does 50% of the time. I will now explain some specific cards:
Eco Arm: this card hasn't proven very useful, but focus sash and head ringer do get in the discard-pile fairly often. It will give me more time to deck my opponent out and I will be able to use them again.
Focus Sash: One-Hit K.O Pokémon are so popular nowadays (M Rayquaza/Vespiqueen/Night March/Gyarados/M Charizard) I can use Korrina to search this card in case I'm against one of those. It will lend me one more turn. (Though that's enough to send back all damage counters with Whimsicott)
Level Ball: I can get every Pokémon with this except for (Pirmal)Groudon EX. Needless to say I'm glad It's back!
Evosoda: I can evolve any Pokémon with this. And That's something I need to do a lot. Also I only put 2 Wally in it, It's just too situational.
Am I going to be world champion with this deck? Probably not... But I think It's pretty darn good. I will test it out some more. If there are any qeustions, please ask! If you have any advice, please tell! (Though keep in mind XY-only) I hope you like it.
