Strategy:

The main strategy is to set up Manectric as the main attacker. Manectric's attack, lightning turn, is supposed to switch Manectric with a Robo Substitute, keeping Manectric out of the line of fire. With the help of Parisichu's Trick Sticker attack, the defending Pokemon will have weakness to lightning.

The Robo Substitute's also support Raichu. Since Robo Substitute count as benched Pokemon it's easy to rack up damage. Combine that with Trick Sticker and Muscle Band for up to 240 Damage, almost enough to OHKO Wailord-EX.

One major weakness for this deck is the lack of drawing cards. This makes the deck very slow-moving often resulting in a quick loss. Hopefully, I can find a way to remedy that quickly.

There's really no point in Pachirisu. The effect is fairly easy to get out of, and you're better off just attacking twice with whatever Lightning Pokemon you were intending to attack with twice in a row.
