Translations of future cards below:

Vileplume – Grass – HP130
Stage 2 – Evolves from Gloom

Ability: Frustrating Pollen
As long as this Pokemon is in play, both you and your opponent can’t play Item cards.

[G][G][C] Solar Beam: 70 damage.

Weakness: Fire (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

Hoopa-EX – Psychic – HP170
Basic Pokemon

Ability: Bandit Ring
Once during your turn (before your attack), when you play this Pokemon from your hand onto your Bench, you may use this Ability. Search your deck for up to 3 Pokemon-EX (excluding Hoopa-EX), show them to your opponent, and put them into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[P][P][P] Hyperspace Fury: Discard 2 Energy attached to this Pokemon. Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon. This attack does 100 damage to that Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

Tyranitar-EX – Darkness – HP180
Basic Pokemon

[D][C][C] Head Smash: 60 damage.

[D][D][C][C] Ground Break: 130 damage. Does 10 damage to each of your Benched Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 4

M Tyranitar-EX - Darkness – HP240
Mega Evolution – Evolves from Tyranitar-EX

When 1 of your Pokemon becomes a Mega Evolution, your turn ends.

Θ Double: This Pokemon can have 2 Pokemon Tools attached to it.

[D][D][C][C] Destroyer King: 110+ damage. Does 60 more damage for each damage counter on your opponent’s Active Pokemon.

When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: Psychic (-20)
Retreat: 4

Tyranitar Spirit Link – Trainer
Item

Pokemon Tool: Attach a Pokemon Tool to 1 of your Pokemon that doesn’t already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it.

Your turn does not end if the Pokemon this card is attached to becomes M Tyranitar-EX.

You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).

Ace Trainer – Trainer
Supporter

You can only play this card if you have more Prize cards left than your opponent.

Both players shuffle their hands into their deck. Then, you draw 6 cards and your opponent draws 3 cards.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Hex Maniac – Trainer
Supporter

Until the end of your opponent’s next turn, each Pokemon in play, in each player’s hand, and in each player’s discard pile has no Abilities.

You may play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).

Giant Plant Forest
– Trainer
Stadium

Each player’s [G] Pokemon can Evolve during the first turn and on the turn they were put into play.

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same name is in play, you can’t play this card.

Bad Energy – Special Energy

This card can only be attached to a [D] Pokemon. If this card is attached to anything other than a [D] Pokemon, discard it. While in play, this card provides 1 [D] Energy.

When the Pokemon this card is attached to is your Active Pokemon and is damaged by an opponent’s Pokemon-EX’s attack, put 2 damage counters on the attacking Pokemon-EX.

Strategy:

Use Yveltal as active, get Tyranitar-EX and mega out in any way possible, then get Magma Base out and finally, sweep w/ Destroyer King...

^ I know there's already a similar thread, but what if it involves item lock too? No Head Ringers unless my opponent goes first on turn 1? No Hammers? What do you think?

Looking at your list/idea made me dizzy honestly. Sorry. No offence but I'm not a fan of a deck crammed with cards that ain't work together and worstly, are too clunky and inconsistent to put it kindly.

2 Shaymin isn't enough even in theory, of getting out Vileplume ASAP. Actually, scratch that. There are so many cards needed to make this idea work and even on paper, ghwt doesn't seem likely. You can only have so many cards drawn on your first turn and your opponent mulligan'ing so many times isn't realistic.

No offence by you couldn't find room for more Giant Plant Forest. Shouldn't you want Vileplume out ASAP? 1 copy is inconsistent for such a crucial card and 3 stadiums wont win the Stadium war. Sorry.

You could try to break the deck apart and focus on which aspect you like best. Tyranitar and Vileplume have their own decks. If you really don't want your opponent to attach Tools to Tyranitar, you can put more Tools first or stall with Seismitoad EX.
