Your Fate Is Thrice Sealed (Victini/Vanilluxe/Vileplume)

Here is probably one of my favorite decks out there. I have had huge success with it but I feel I could make it better. Any suggestions?

Pokemon - 23

4-3-4 Vanilluxe (NV)
2-2-2 Vileplume
2 Victini (NV)
2 Cleffa
2 Pichu

T/S/S - 23

4 Pokemon Communication
4 Rare Candy
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 Sage's Training
2 Flower Shop Lady
2 Professor Juniper
2 Twins
2 N

Energy - 13

10 Water Energy
3 Rescue Energy

Strategy is hopefully start with Pichu/Cleffa. Get Vileplume out ASAP. Then, slowly but surely paralyze them to death. Rescues are in case Oddish/Victini die early. Deck is an autowin against Durant. I win more than I lose against Eel variants.

Any suggestions would be great :)

yeah i've been considering buying lines of van and throwing together a decent stally deck.
looks legit.

i would suggest maybe:

-1 collector
-1 gloom
-2 flower shop
-2 twins
-1 cleffa or pichu

+3 hammer
+2 super rod
+2 junk arm

just things i would consider. not definite subs.

I wouldn't run both 2 cleffa and 2 pichu. Try
-1 pichu
-1 cleffa
-1 FSL
-1 juniper
-1 gloom

+1 oddish (think a 3-1-2 line would be better)
+2 sage's
+2 twins

^junk arm can't be used with vileplume, neither can hammer, or super rod

3-1-2 is better than 2-2-2, so
-1 gloom
+1 oddish
FSL is a supporter and super rod is better as a trainer, because it holds its weight, though plume blocks it, so more twins, this needs it.
-2 FSL
+2 twins
you also need more draw power.
-1 cleffa
-1 pichu
+2 Cheren
Hope I helped. :p

super rod can't be used with vileplume ^. Cheren might not be the best drawing supporter. Try more sage's and twins.

Sages discards too much, Imo. I wouldn't use more than 2 unless the deck used discards to the advantage and I changed the SR, I had a mind freeze.

Sage's can help get the stage 2s out though. Same with twins. Sage's is good with any stage 2 deck IMO and its very useful because you can just discard the stuff that you don't need.

I cannot add anymore trainers. This deck uses Vileplume and the fact I already have 8 trainers is a bit bad.

I don't think oddish is necessary. The 2-2-2 line is really all I need. Their has been only 1 game where a person managed to kill both my oddishes before vileplume, but I had a very bad hand at that time.

Cheren isn't a good card in my opinion. I am considering taking out at least 1 Pichu for something, maybe just 1 more twins?

The third Oddish is ideal in case one is prized.
