Nice deck.

A few comments for your consideration:

  • IMO, Fright Night Yveltal is just tooooo good not to include in an Yveltal-Garbodor deck. I'd suggest incorporating 1 Yveltal (BKT) (-1 Drampa GX).
  • I am still trying to figure out if I'm better off running 2 Tapu Lele GXs and 1 Shaymin EX or vice versa. Although both can be searched via Ultra Ball, Shaymin EX supplements card-draw immediately when benched (assuming no Abilities are negated at the time). On the other hand, Tapu Lele GX has more HP, can search and get needed Supporter and is a solid attack threat. Shaymin EX is also a "high risk" target for mid-late game Lysandre-1HKO. I'd suggest running 1 Parallel City Stadium (-1 AotM Stadium) to help you remove unwanted/unneeded benched Pokémon to help mitigate potential liabilities (i.e., 2 Shaymin EX possibly on your bench).
Other noteworthy cards I feel are also worth considering to include:
  • Brock's Grit (-1 Super Rod). Should Item-lock and/or Trashalanche Garbodor be popular in your area, Brock's Grit would be more useful.
  • Hex Maniac (-1 Choice Band, Max Elixir or Trainer's Mail). This is very useful, albeit temporarily, against a variety of decks dependent upon their Pokémon Abilities.
  • Olympia (-1 Choice Band, Max Elixir or Trainer's Mail). This Supporter-based switching (and minor healing) card can also be quite useful.
I hope you find these comments useful.
