Hello, fellow beachgoers!
I recently created (and scrapped) my yveltal list due to its almost autoloss against night march.
Upon rethinking the list, and reading the newest article on pokebeach, as well as analyzing the yveltal lists that survived natural selection last week, i have come to a conclusion with this list.
Pokémon: 14
The only problem with this list that i find, is the trouble with night march.
There are two possible solutions to this, however.
One solution, is finding a way to set up both fright night yeltals back to back. This is the preferred way, however even with a first turn gallade, i have trouble streaming fright night yveltal.
Another solution, that becomes useful in many matchups is the inclusion of 2 bursting balloons.
I may consider only including one, however two seems like it will force a favorable night march game even if they manage to startling megaphone one of them. My biggest problem is trying to fit them into the list. I will be at work all day today, and am looking forward to any help that can be given. Personally, i have been thinking of cutting a 1-1 line of maxie and gallade due to the unpopularity of manectric for week two and using the space for the bursting baloons. These baloons can also be retrieved with puzzle of time, and puzzle of time can serve as a mock premonition, should my 1-1 maxie / gallade be prized for the time.
A final addition that would be nice is the inclusion of target whistle; allowing me to snipe shaymins as well, and adding damage to zoroark against smarter players, and subtracting damage from night march attacks. However, this addition seems less necessary/important against night march, and thus is not my foccus.
Thank you in advance!
- Andrew
