***This is just a random deck list that i put together and was hoping that i could get some help perfecting it. I did not put a lot of thought into this just to let everyone know i just went ahead and wrote down the first stuff that came to my mind. (weakness: wont do so well against high health/damage EX pokemon; was thinking about putting a mewtwo EX as a tech against this)
Basic Strat: fast start is key and to try to have Zebstrika out turn 2 for trainer disruption. Once Eelektrik is on the bench use zebstrika's ability to snipe opponent's bench or active and discard 2 electric energies. build up either raichu or another zebstrika on the bench and rotate with free retreat if needed.
Vileplume i put in as a tech so that you can use zebstrika's snipe attack or raichu and not worry about them using trainers. although you will not get to play trainers anymore, sage's training will help get rid of the unwanted cards.
Rescue energy and prism energies are used with zebstrika so that you will not have to discard all the cards, only the 2 required electric energies.
Reason for trainers: Pokemon communicator is for the beginning to increase chances of getting zebstrika out turn 2. Level Ball is obvious, every pokemon but vileplue have 90hp or lower. Pokemon Catcher i put in there to help control the game; since zebstrika has a snipe, you can bring out the next pokemon you want such as 1 with a high retreat cost or high attack cost and then snipe the opponent's bench.
