the combo of pachirisu, shaymin and zekrom apparently does very well in japan, so here is my attempt of this deck hopeing it will work, please post comments and improvements!!!

4 Zekrom (BW)
4 Pachirisu (CoL)

basic strategy of this deck is to get zekrom active with 1 electric energy attached then play pachirisu putting two energy onto it then use shaymin to transfer the energy to zekrom to hit for 120 (hopefully turn 1). the deck is probably donk, but it does have expert belt for that extra damage as well as serperior and ruinclus for late game heeling.

So already are people thinking in Zekrom decks? I love Zekrom, so I'll if I can help you with something.

IMO, the best idea to counterattack Zekrom's recoil damage is Espeon. First turn: 120 with Zekrom, and the second turn 40 with Espeon to anyone that you want.

Ooooh I'm having a lot of ideas for this deck, I'll post my idea soon xD

EDIT: OK... now I can think calmly. Er... I don't think you need that amount of Expert Belts, with 2 you will be fine (remember of Vileplume... what you'll do if you get locked all those belts?), and you need some hand refreshing like PONT, Looker's Investigation or Copycat. Also, you need a starter over there :) maybe Smeargle? It looks useful in this deck.

Reuniclus is in my opinion better, moving those damage to pachi/shaymin seeker it, and bye bye damage
 
@Ahiro- this deck is supposed to DONK!!! and espeon makes the deck slower.

@Shayminlvx- might make it RR on which means no bts. so with that in mind and with the idea of reuniclus, i think i might add it and keep Serpiriror. will edit to include your help!
 
@umbeosion Yep, you're right. I was giving suggestions without even testing the deck, lol.

What about swapping Revives with Rescue Energies? To counter the trainer lock.
 
that shouldn't be too much of a problem as i think this deck should be quick enough and strong enough not to need the trainers at certain points. i can, after all, deal 120 damage on turn one, with one supporter (pokemon collector for the 3 basics( pachi, shaymin and zekrom). techinicly i shouldn't need to use the revives as the hp shouldn't get low enough. another reason why revives are better than rescue is that i can't be prevented from the rescue happening (status and damage counter drops). but in theory they shouldn't be needed.
 
i suggest some kind of draw power/hand refreshers
cheren and prof oaks can be usefull
