4 Zekrom B/W
2-1-2 Magnezone Prime TU
3 Shaymin UL
3 Pachirisu COL
1 Cleffa HGSS
1-1 Dodrio UD

Pokemon= 18

4 Pokemon Collector
2 Judge
2 PONT
2 Junk Arm
3 Rare Candy
2 Seeker
2 Switch
1 Flower Shop Lady
2 Professor Elm Training Method
3 Pokemon Communication
2 Research Record
1 Ruins of Alpha

Trainers= 26

14 Lightning
2 Rescue

Energy= 16

The strategy is to start with Zekrom and use Bolt Strike until I am about to die. Then Dodrio/Switch to a fresh Magnezone/Zekrom and attack with Lost Burn/Volt Strike, While Seekering up the benched Zekrom or Lost Burning the energys from it. Shaymin and Pachirisu are for a great Zekrom start and they work wonders late game too get a fresh Zekrom or Magnezone Prime active. The Draw Power is great in this deck.
1. Junk Arm 2 useless cards in exchange for Research Record
2. Play Research Record putting cards you need on top
3. Magnetic Draw

Tell me what you think!

You're imo playing it too much like a Magnezone deck and not enough like a Zekrom deck with Magnezone as a finisher. Shaymin is definitely important; more Shaymin/Pachirisu need to find their way in. Regardless of what your game-ending or anti-fighting techs are what you really want is to blow electric bukkake (premature electrocution?) all over your opponent turn 1. Here's what I'd do:

-2 DCE
-2 Research Record
-2 Junk Arm
-1 (or more) Rare Candy
+2 Pokemon Communication
+1 Shaymin
+1 Pachirisu
+1 Rescue Energy
+2 Professor Juniper or PONT to taste

There's where I'd go with this. Speed, speed, SPEED.

Thanks, I'm going to go with this for now and test it some more:
-1 Magneton
-2 Junk Arm
-2 DCE
-2 Judge
+1 Pokemon Communication
+1 Shaymin
+1 Pachirisu
+2 PONT
+2 {L}

-2 Research Record
+2 Dual Balls

A chance to score both Shaymin AND Pachi in one trainer is just too good in this deck
