I'm ready for next season! But do you think so?

Pokemon: 22
4-4-3 Samurott: Massive damage!
2 Zekrom (full art): More massive damage!
4-4 Galvantula: HEAL POWER!
1 Minun (UL): Call for family fills up my bench

Trainers: 18
4 Switch: Retreat costs can be expensive
4 Pluspower: Add on to damage!
2 Super Scoop Up: Use for pokemon that have less than half their HP.
2 Potion: If SSU fails
2 Twins: You never know.
2 Revive (probably replacing with energy retrieval)
1 Prof. Juniper: Use when I have few or no cards in my hand (besides that)
1 Dual Ball: Also fills my bench

Energy: 20
10 {W}
10 {L}

Please reply. Also note that I am following the HS-on format.

Samurott i understand (though you need to streamline it down) but Galvantula serves no purpose as all energy attachments are better off going onto Zekrom. Zekrom really needs the T1-T2 set-up or else it will just lose come mid-game, so Pachirisu & Shaymin are highly recommended.

4 Zekrom BW
1-1-1 Samurott
3 Pachirisu CL
2 Shaymin UL
3 Cleffa HGSS

Apart from the Samurott, this is a pretty standard Zekrom list. There are no "if-ands-or-buts" about Pachirisu & Shaymin. Zekroms greatest asset is being able to set up T1 (mostly T2) with the help of Pachirisu & Shaymin. Not including them would reduce Zekroms effectiveness come mid-game plus Shaymin can move energy to Samurott which is useful. Cleffa is just a nice starter in case on bad hands.

Ur right. Galvantula is a waste of deck space. However, I'm thinking of other electric types to put in.
