Zekrom with Rescue Energy

In a Zekrom deck I've seen a lot of people with revives in their deck. But isn't Rescue energy the better card. It lets you reuse your zekrom and it lets you cover its energy cost. Is it a good idea to run rescue energy instead of revive?

EDIT: Please read the Player's Sandbox rules before posting. I added the link. ~EspeonROX.

Since most of Zekrom deck are basic (apart from Yanmega), and you have no energy charger apart from pachi/shaymin combo.... it sort of forces you to use turn energy alot... but i don't run either, i find no need since yanmega and zekrom combined is enough attackers. those pokemon reviver thingies don't bring the prizes back.

People prefer revive for a couple of reasons. 1) it doesn't take up your energy attachment for the turn. 2) it can be used after the pokemon has fainted 3) it can be reused with junk arm 4) the opponent can't use Lost Remover/Typhlosion Prime's Flare Destroy to remove it. Not so much the fourth one but the first 3 reasons are really important.

I would use the rescue energy for when you have yanmega because he uses no energy. He is also a fast attacker so when he is KOed just set him up again and start attacking.

I would say running both is the best thing to do,something like 3/3 of each or whatever prefers your playing style, because sometimes if seeker is prized or something we can just send up shay/pachi with rescue nrg and let it get koed to get to use its power, which cant be done with revive...i know its not often, but stil it does give you a wider range of plays....something that the deck lacks in general...
