Strategy
Get out a good starter early (mewtwo w dce or thundurus) and hit for low dmg until you setup some eel then start building energy on your zekrom and start attacking w them
i do have one specific question which tynamo do i use?

I know it's a small change, but having Safe's instead of Juniper let's you choose what to discard instead of your entire hand and you dont burn through your deck as fast. I've decked out multiple times with this deck using Juniper).

Level ball is 90 or less so its for elektrik aswell

You should take out a mewtwo EX and a plain zekrom because with all the EXs you will not need many copies of pokemon. Assuming they KO 2 exs you will still be left with 4 Zekrom and 1-2 Mewtwo EX. Your never going to use all of them so they can come out for plus powers

Another great addition to this deck could be Raikou EX because it can snipe for 100 and discard energies to help zekrom EX charge up. It could also snipe techs and other pokemon that may be harmful to your deck. In my opinion, Raikou goes well with Zekrom EX. I also notice that there is a Mewtwo EX. I think that if Mewtwo will be a tech, then a psychic, rainbow, or prism energy could be helpful because its second attack could be useful too.
