Well, The Spring Battle Roads is coming up this Sunday for me. A little while back I put together this deck just to screw around with my brother. After a couple of times of beating him, I realized this deck could have some potential (or my brother is just garbage). Here is the list so far:

Few Notes: I need some suggestions for stuff to combo with Zekrom, Zekrom EX and Kyurem EX. Virizion is mainly used to help out with the weaknesses.

I would focus more on the Electric side to this deck, it's easier to work with.

Energy:
-7 Grass (not needed)
-7 Water (See Above)

+5 Electric
+4 Tynamo (any of the three with 40 HP)
+3 Eelektrik -Noble Victories- (Energy Acceleration for the setup of your Pokemon)
(The two extra will be used later.)

For your Pokemon, I think running the ND version of both Cinncino and Minncino are superior so I'd bump up those numbers.

-1 Kyurem EX (Not very good card)
-2 Virizion (There are better draw support Pokemon)
-1 Cinncino B&W (Focus on the ND version)
-2 Minnicino B&W (See Above)

Now, I'm gonna be straight forward, your T/S/S is horrible. This is what I suggest: (I'm starting from scratch)

2 Pokemon Catcher (Disruption And Easy KO's)

Thanks for the response I'll see what I have. And btw I can tell you right now I have 0 Eeletrik, I don't think I have Level Ball or Dual ball for the Modified Legal Format But I'll see.

Just use Proxys. Thay can help you play your deck but you cannot play with proxys in tournaments.

Well, I'm Still going through my cards and came upon a CL smeargle (Which is exaclty the same as UD) and i was wondering what's BCIF. Also what are Proxys

Proxys are paper cards that you can print out online and put over real pokemon cards.

Oooooohhhhhh thanks. But still what's BCIF. also Ive been through pretty much all of my cards and i only found a few cards suggested. I'll check through my brother's cards soon.

There is no Best Card In Format. There are cards that are useful in a majority of decks, such as Junk Arm and Pokemon Collector, but it mostly depends on what deck you plan to run. A deck centered around Cincinno probably could use Level Ball, Junk Arm, and Catcher. You need to focus your deck more. You can't really run regular Zekrom without energy acceleration, so I suggest focusing more on Cincinno and getting Cincinno out fast so he can swing for 100 damage by the second turn. If you can use Pokemon Catcher to take out Eelektriks/ low HP basics quickly enough, you'll be in pretty good shape. You should run 3-4 BW Cincinno, and only if you want to, I guess you could also run the Glossy Coat one.

thanks for the suggestions but i have none of those cards.... and battle roads is in a few hours..... I'm boned....

Oh and what are some good Mewtwo EX counters? I think Zoroark (BW) would be one.
