The idea is to get out Zoroark asap, wall with umbreon's moonlight fang attack if needed, refresh my hand with cleffa, and use tyroge for early ko's (thanks to #1weavile for cleffa and tyroge suggestion). I just am having trouble getting out energies from the deck. Any ideas? The trainers and supporters could probably be simplified, but i don't know what to replace those cards with.

I would take out the pichu because cards like pokemon collector and pokemon communication can easily get you these cards. Pichu also, unfortunately, helps your opponent. I would take both pichu out for 2 cleffa instead to help with drawpower. I would also take out 1 zoroark simply because you only have 3 zorua. Add in a tyrogue to help with early KOs against baby pokemon. This will help the pokemon line a bit.

For the trainers, I highly recommend
3-4 pokemon collector
3-4 pokemon communication
remove pokeball, bill, lost world
Add in 2 more dual ball, 2 professor oaks new theory

This will help you to draw the cards needed when you need them.

Thank you for your advice. I will update the decklist and try it out.

Here are my reccomendations.

+2 Proffessor oaks new theory (You need much better draw power in this deck)
+3 Pluspower (so when you foul play a reshiram or zekrom you can ko it)
+2 Pokemon Collector (to fill your bench)
-1 Judge (pont is better)
-1 Blackbelt (do you plan on losing early With tyrouge)
-2 sages training (bad card)
-1 Fisherman (you dont need this in your deck)
-1 Seeker (you do not need this in this deck also)
-1 twins (do you plan on losing early? and only one twins isnt consistent)

Don't run Umbreon. It just doesn't do well anymore. Abilities screw it up. I would run maybe a 2-2 Weavile UD, or 2-2 Sharpedo TR (flippy, yet so underrated).

Thanks for your input. I've updated the decklist in the first post with (most of) your suggestions. I couldn't add 2 collector because I already had 3 in the deck, I added an extra tyrouge instead. I also kept the judge to disrupt the opponent, can really be bad for decks like reshiboar that count on having energy-retrieving cards and energies in-hand and not shuffled back into the deck.
