Is the Flareon the one from Ancient Origins (with Flare Effect)? If so, this is a very interesting list which I think may work. The problem is that you're running Flareon for a Supporter you only get to use once.

Assuming that the Oricorio is the one with Supernatural Dance, I'd personally cut it since you're already running Karen, but it's either-or in my opinion.
4 Tapu Lele and 4 Sky Field is overkill, 3 of each is enough for this list.
I've always been sort of iffy on Pokemon Ranger as a whole, since all you're doing is teching against a tech, but it can be good in some matchups, I suppose.
I would personally add Float Stone so you can get free retreat on things like Flareon or Sudowoodo. Rescue Stretcher is also a must.
I would also consider running Zoroark from either Black & White or BREAKthrough, as it gives you a good 1-prize attacker.
For Zorua, it may be good to consider 3 from Dark Explorers and 1 from Black and White. The one from Black and White can OHKO Night Marchers on a coin flip, which can be really good opposed to just paralyzing.
I would also consider the 1-1 Alolan Muk line to counter Sudowoodo, but it's not entirely necessary.

My overall recommended changes are:
-1 Oricorio/Karen (either/or)
-1 Tapu Lele GX
-1 Sky Field

+1 Zoroark BW (Foul Play) or BKT (Mind Jack)
+1 Float Stone
+1 Rescue Stretcher

Ideas to consider:
3 Zorua DEX (Paralyzing Gaze)/1 Zorua BW (Lunge)
1-1 Alolan Muk
