So, the biggest problem with Marshadow in Standard is the inability to discard Pokemon quickly. This can be accomplished with Zoroark GX, but that takes up a fair bit of space that can be used with Marshadow.

Also, the trainers list is not ideal for standard. Try doing this:
4x Sycamore
3-4x N
2-3x Lusamine
2x Acerola
2-3x Guzma
2x Hallow
1x Brigette

Also, try this instead:
-1 Altar of the Moone
-2 Parallel City
+3 Brooklet Hill

Brooklyn Hill helps you get Marshadow out quickly, which is very important.

-1 Zoroark (Stand In)
-1 Zorua
This won't help you as much as you think it would.

+1 Marshadow GX
+1 Turtonator GX
+1 Tauros
4 Marshadow is pretty much necessary, and Tauros/Turtonator are very good in this deck.

-3 Counter Energy
+4 Strong Energy

Why Counter Energy? It really doesn't help you. Strong Energy is wonderful with Marshadow for a fair bit of extra damage.

Hope this helps!
