• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

You have a few too many tech supporters. I would go

-1 Skyla
-1 Ninja Boy
+1 Professor Kukui
+1 Professor Sycamore

I also like Nest Ball and Max Potion in these style of decks. Not having a Super Rod or way to rebuy your Carbinks for matchups where they shine is also troubling. You should consider

-1 Professor's Letter (much worse without skyla)
-1 Power Memory
+1 Max Potion
+1 Nest Ball

Nest Ball does not activate Shaymin or Hoopa. You will not be able to use their abilities unless you play them from your hand. Nest Ball is mostly good for setting up multiple Regirock without losing too many cards.
