I don't think that would be the case. If the 3 IRs are in the setlist then they won't be put in as a promo.

I meant the OTHER three IRs, assuming there are 6 in total. But I can be wrong, because was revealed that another IR (Mimikyu) will be in the ETB ?

I’m glad that the regular full art Charizard ex will be sold as a promo in the West. I’m sure the illustrative rare will go for sky-high prices though.
