Strategy

You would normally want to start with Virizion EX for a quick start because of the energy acceleration attack it has. Vanilluxe is the Main Attacker.

Gothitelle (Magic Room) would be the main problem for the opponent. Not being able to use item cards really throws a kink in anyone's game. Salamence (Scornful Storm) is there to always keep your opponent's hand as small as possible. Magnezone (Dual Brains) so you are able to use two supporters per turn. Ex. Skyla for Supporter and use said supporter.

Just something to note, Gothitelle and Salamence work terribly together. You clog their hand up with Items, and allow then to get rid of the Items... Sounds like something that players with the invite would play at Battle Roads...

How so?
If they can't use their items, they can't rare candy evolve. or laser, or dark patch or ultra/heavy/level ball or anything like that.
Making them have to burn out their supporters if they can even top deck one
