You are able to move dark energy with the Dragons Exalted Hydreigon. But, the Next Destines Hydreigon says in the ability that all attached energy are Dark type instead of their usual type.

Yes, you are able to move the energy off of the Next Destinies Hydreigon, since all energies attached to it count as Dark. However, keep in mind that the second it is not attached to the Next Destinies Hydreigon, it no longer counts as a Dark-type energy, so you will not be able to move it again.
