Just making sure you are aware, you can't play both Professor Juniper and Sycamore in the same deck (although sometimes I wish) and that Korrina only gets you Fighting Pokemon and an Item while Skyla can get you Items, Supporters, and Stadiums. Since you don't have a single Fighting Pokemon in your deck, here's what I would do:

-3 Korrina: Skyla outclasses Korrina in non-Fighting decks.
-3 Professor Sycamore: Can't play both in the same deck.
-1 Tierno: There's a lot better options for draw in the game.
-1 Great Ball: You don't play enough Pokemon for Great Ball to even be worth the spot, and you have plenty of other Pokemon search cards in the form of Ultra Ball and Computer Search.
-1 Virbank City Gym: 3 Should be more than plenty.

+3 Skyla
+2 Colress: Good draw Supporter.
+2 Float Stone: This actually gives Keldeo a purpose. You can Rush In and free retreat with Float Stone to get out of statuses and other effects your opponent might put on your Active Pokemon. Things like Dialga's Chrono Wind go away if you "double switch".

I typically use a Dragalge whenever I make a poison deck. When they are poisoned, they can't retreat.
-3 Professor Sycamore (Illegal)
-1 Lysandre's Trump Card (Not worth it)
+1 Lysandre (Snipe Pokemon with poison)
-1 Great Ball (Not that effective in this deck)
+1 Skrelp (Pre-Evolution)
+1 Dragalge (Defending Pokemon can't retreat)
Hope this helped :)

You will need to cut it down to 60 cards

Do you think it looks good now or is it missing something it needs to be a tier 1 deck? I was thinking about Coffin and Weezing and Grimmer and Muk.

It does look good so far. The changes you were thinking about making would make the deck to clunky. I would drop the 4 energy switch, and the pokemon catcher and put in 2 Sigilyph with safe guard and 3 robo substitute.

You need to update your original post with your new deck list so that everyone is on the same page of what your list is when they give suggestions. I'll do that for you now.
