I would only be willing to part ways with any of my M Charizards or Charizard SR for Shaymin EXs, and to be honest, I really have no idea what I need right now, metagame wise haha. I would be willing to trade Blastoise SR however. Do you happen to have a list of the most recent meta (Pokemon, Trainers, EX's)? (Oh, and I actually don't have Blastoise EX FA anymore)

I don't know If I see enough for the Blastoise SR, but was there anything smaller I have/may have that you need for a some trainers of yours?
