Ok, a few things:

1) Missing translation for Golduck's Hydro Pump attack. But nobody cares about that.

2) Is this a serious question?

That Psyduck hurts my brain (ironic) what the hell does it mean

Psyduck and Golduck shut down Abilities where the user would KO itself by using it. So it blocks Magneton, Dusknoir, etc. But it doesn't stop every Ability out there.

Dusknoir might gonna struggle to pin a Mega Charizard ex with 400 HP or Mega Gardevoir ex with 360 HP.

How do you know Mega Charizard ex has 400 HP?? Has it been leaked?

Not official obviously, but mine was theoretical since Charizard gets high HP and high damage

First of all, cool that we have a direct counter to Dusknoir.

Second of all, you should know how Gym Promos work in English sets, right? By the time we get Psyduck, Dusknoir might or might not be relevant anymore. We never know the future. Dusknoir might gonna struggle to pin a Mega Charizard ex with 400 HP or Mega Gardevoir ex with 360 HP. Also, Team Rocket stuff in an era with Mega Evolutions with the potential Mega Turbo reprint *fingers-crossed* seem super weird and super outcast.

to reply to both of your comments here: Psyduck is good enough it will probably be in a set, rather than blisters like a lot of Gym promos. The Kangaskhan ex will probably be in Japan's Mega era, which we might not even get, making the SV era super long (my though behind this, Japan has the BREAK era, but we didn't, it just continued the series. BREAKthrough came out around the same time as our Mega Brave/Mega Symphonia set should).

Second, the next English set is almost guarunteed to be a Special gen 5 set, which may or may not have Trainer's Pokémon, though note we are missing Hop's Pincurchin as well as the Kangaskhan, likely will be in a later set (obv not guaruntted).

Dusknoir both is and isn't powercrept out. it currently has seen a lot less play due to Budew locking rare candy, however 400HP compared to 330HP isn't a huge jump, and adding the 3rd prize card is important to note. for example: Raging Bolt could discard 6 energy to KO 400 HP Mega, or only 3 energy with Dusknoir taking the rest.

A mention on the 400HP Charizard Mega; It is likely that we will get a buff to 400, not a huge increase, but still major from the 340 max we have now. It makes sense since Sun/Moon raised the cap to 300, Sword/Shield to 340, and nothing since. the 3 prizer return makes sense for 400 to become the new cap. Sorry if this was a bit ramble-y
