CMP, to be honest, I don't watch TV as much since Lost ended. I still watch some shows, but it's just so hard to find a show that can fill the void Lost once filled (I have all six seasons of Lost on Blu-ray to occupy my boredom, thankfully ;P )

There are some shows I liked. V and FlashForward were amazing. I wish they were never canceled by ABC. :[ I've recently got back into watching Chuck. Too bad the final season is about to start. I used to watch 24, but I only stuck around to see the first season. I might start watching again once Chuck ends. Uhhhh, the only anime/cartoon I like is Dragon Ball Z. Although, I never got into Dragon Ball Z Kai. A buddy of mine told me not to because they scrapped the Buu saga, all of the great music, and some episodes. :/
