Usually Suicune is the best start because it helps buy a turn or two. Play the heck out of your Battle Compressor's, Ultra Ball's, and Juniper's to discard Energies and Ho-oh EX's. Within a turn or two, you should have around 2 filled Ho-Oh EX's in play, meaning Huntail can do 140 for 1 Energy. Even more if you have a Band on or more Energy on the field.
