In my opinion, no.
I've been hoping for a Fire/Ice Pokemon for a looooong time now. I hope we get one soon, and with an ability that halves the strength of Rock-type moves to actually make the Pokemon somewhat viable. Something like "Liquid Body" would be cool, where it changes form upon getting hit by a Rock-type move to resist it.
