My mother looked at my account in my name when I was permabanned. I told her I'd be unbanned later. And I did about 4 months later. Don't worry, I'm less likely to get banned now. When I was aware of the problem, I changed my password. I'd been using it for about the first 5 months that I joined. And one week, I got tempbanned for mini modding. I felt gulity and never mini modded for a long time. Whenever I minimod (rarely, but still) I feel guilty.
