Zade, Well, age limits are a bit pointless. You can set a filter on there so that you can't see inappropriate images etc. You could always check with a parent first. You don't have to join, but it's a great place to join an art community. Or if you simply want images on the internet, but you're not bothered about the other effects and stuff, you could make a Photobucket or Imageshack account.
Zade, Exactly. You don't need to, though, so you can still make an account.
Zade, not unless you get a Premium Membership. It's free for anyone, but you get ads on your page and miss out on a few customisable things for your page if you don't pay. I haven't paid and it's still really good.

The only faking I can do is art and I can also do cards if I have spare time.
Zade, No problem! You should try it - it makes colouring cleaner and the image more professional looking.
Zade, I draw a line drawing by hand in HB pencil, then going over it in a thin pen once I'm satisfied. Then I scan it and open it in Paint.NET. I colour from there by filling and sometimes manually shading.
