Glace, Well, the idea with rogue decks are that they aren't top tier stuff. If they could win tournaments as reliably as something like Darkrai could, then it's no longer rogue. A good rogue is more or less, a top tier deck, because anything else isn't viable in a competitive environment. There are good rogue decks, granted, in Tier 2. None of them ever reached Tier 1-1.5, and the one that did (Hammertime Darkrai) quickly became a mainstream Darkrai variant, no longer a rogue.
