Yeah, basically. Sacrifices a bit of bulk for Speed. I think it's got 308 Speed at level 100...which outspeeds a fair amount, actually.

It's actually very similar to KG's set, except:

~It doesn't use Psycho Shift
~It's about 50% faster

I actually have two Sigilyph sets - one I saw KG use and one that a friend gave to me.
I prefer the one my friend gave to me, though. Much more hilarious.
