    I believe that was a Breton. ^_^ The rest of the races belong to other factions, and from the Daggerfall Covenant (I think that's the one?) the Breton is the only race that fits the profile.

    The only problem is the fact that it is completely walled by every Steel that comes to mind except for maybe Empoleon.

    Surprisingly enough, when I had the few people who helped my just a bit with polishing the team, they completely disregarded CB Ferro. CB Ferro doesn't exist in the VGC meta. I don't mind it, because I'd honestly hate to face it.

    EDIT: For a CB set, you really only need four attack moves (Power Whip / Gyro Ball / Shadow Claw), and then feign the Band via a Status move (I had Leech Seed, though Stealth Rock is handy for when I play in OU every so often). For the Fourth move, Explosion also works.
