I actually ended up trading someone else for a Jirachi to give to my friend, but he didn't want it, so i ended up having two. The one you traded me is level 100, sooooo I won't be trading that one off. Rest assured i'm using that one.

That is very strange - I called USPS earlier today, and they were pretty unhelpful. The woman I talked to recommended talking to your carrier just in case it's being held at your local post office.
