Look, if you want to learn how to RNG, I can privately tutor you. I'll only do it if you want to learn how to RNG for Capturing Pokemon in Gen 4. It's quite a thing to understand. I can't really help with what you need to put in the boxes, as that's part of what you're looking for, your parameters, etc.
