So in return I think it is only fair to be grateful, and follow him, diligently...Once you notice that the talk implies to all Christians, then you notice the true meaning.I had a great talk during church yesterday! It went something like this...
One day, a young man was walking down to the beach. He had heard about a strong current warning. He decided to ignore it, and went into the water anyways. In almost no time, he couldn't see the shore. He swam back, with all his might. He just couldn't make it back, with his last breath he yelled "HELP!" In a couple moment, the life guard was dragging him back to shore! Later the life guard explained that he watched the young man go into the water. He walked around the current and waited for the help call!
This is like God, he watches us go into danger, he is there when we need it, but when you need it, he won't help, until you call for it. He wants you to try to get out of your own trouble.
